| Fiber Glass Systems, L.P.
is an active member of the committee for standardizing FRP
(GRE) design at the American Petroleum Institute and a
member of the Society of Plastics Industry. FGS became the first manufacturer to be licensed by the American
Petroleum Institute on July 27, 1992 to produce and monogram
products in accordance with specification API 15HR for high
pressure line pipe. Since then the company has
introduced a new low pressure line pipe product and fittings
and became licensed by the American Petroleum Institute on
July 28, 1997 to produce and monogram products in accordance
with specification API 15LR. |

The
Fiber Glass Systems commitment to quality extends throughout the company and supplier
network. All products are closely monitored during production and
thoroughly tested. Quality standards are strictly enforced and
reinforced with production employee incentives and quality audits.
Third party inspections are a normal occurrence at Fiber Glass
Systems. The API Q1 Quality Rating is a requirement for approval
by API 15HR and API 15LR. The quality and performance requirements
of API assure the customer that not only do we have a quality system,
but that they also receive a product qualified and approved for minimum
performance standards. Additionally, Fiber Glass Systems,
became ISO 9001 Certified on March 11, 1996. Our adherence to this
internationally recognized quality system is another indication our
commitment to our global role as a manufacturer of the highest quality
fiberglass tubulars.
